Our team is proud to support these efforts directly through our comprehensive Medical Planning services, leveraging the VA’s Space and Equipment Planning System (SEPS) and PG-18-9 Space Planning Criteria to ensure VISN-level project alignment and budget approval. We prepare the Strategic Capital Investment Program (SCIP) pricing tool and develop Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build Statements of Work to facilitate rapid CFM-level approval, reducing time from design to first patient in both new and renovated facilities.
